Kentucky Council on Crime and Delinquency

The KENTUCKY COUNCIL ON CRIME AND DELINQUENCY (KCCD) is a statewide organization representing professionals across various sectors of the criminal justice system, including adult corrections, juvenile justice, state and local law enforcement, and local government. With a history spanning over sixty years, we are dedicated to enhancing criminal justice service projects and raising awareness of contemporary justice issues.

Membership

Seventy-eight charter members were initially part of the organization, each receiving a certificate of membership. Although the early membership primarily consisted of probation and parole staff, we have since expanded to include professionals from various criminal justice fields such as Corrections, Juvenile Justice, State and Local Law Enforcement, Community Services, Judges, Jailers, and Judge Executives.
