FOUR RIVERS CHAPTER KCCD MEMBERS DONATE $100 FOR RONALD MCDONALD HOUSE CHARTIES:
On Wednesday, January 16th, 2013, the Kentucky Council on Crime and Delinquency Four Rivers Chapter presented a $100 donation in memory of Chris Campbell to the Eddyville McDonald's for the Ronald McDonald House Charities. 6 year old Dylan Yates and 2 year old Emily Yates, son and daughter of Lori and Jordan Yates and nephew and niece of Chris Campbell, also presented a donation of drink can pull tabs collected by David Huffstutter from the Fredonia Akridge Farm Supply Store, crew from the Lyon County State Garage, and other friends and family of the late Chris Campbell. Chris became a supporter of the Ronald McDonald House Charities in 2007 when his nephew, Dylan, had to have an emergency surgery. The Ronald McDonald House Program provides a place for families to stay close to their hospitalized child at little or no cost. Families can enjoy home cooked meals, private bedrooms and play rooms for children.
